# Return and Exchange Policy

## 1. Returns

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the purchase date.

- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
### 1.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
